Billing Practices
- All prices and estimates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) + GST.
- We generally prepare invoices twice each month.
- New websites and projects require a 50% initial deposit before proceeding, may vary with project size.
- Support time (with no prepaid plan) is tracked in 6 minute increments and billed when support time exceeds $200 dollars. if under, we then bill annually, generally with hosting fee.
- Beginning July 1, 2022, we will be introducing a late fee for accounts overdue by 30 days or more.
3rd Party Services
We do not bill for 3rd party services such as domain registration, email services, SEO, or other services required for the website. We may however help you use and manage those services in relation to your website. In some cases we may setup a 3rd party service required for the project. If so it is established in the clients name and is the clients responsibility to maintain (such as a Youtube or MailChimp account, etc.).
